Upta Camp Part 2

Saturday morning I woke up at about 7:00am, Matt was already drinking, he made about two or three pots of coffee, and we drank every last drop.
Then once we drank all that coffee we took a piss, we loaded up the four wheelah with traps and set out on the lake, and drilled more holes.
We weren’t seeing any flags so we went for a ride up to the top of the camp road and we got in to the truck to go get a six-pack of beer.  When we returned we visited one of Matt’s friends, of course knowing Matt he drank five out of the six within half an hour.  After a while we made our way back down the camp road to camp, we went and checked the traps….  There were no fish on the lineL.
Before nightfall, he was rather quite drunk.  He decided we should go out on the snowmobile for a late night ride, we got out on the ice and I couldn’t see shit it looked like we’re about to take off in a star wars ship.  The snow felt like shards of glass, I had to put my facemask down.  He told me to hold on I was like oh shit then he gunned her and we went braaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap braaaaaaaaaapp braaaaaaaaap braaaaaap braaaaap baaap baap “OH SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!” as we com up on one ski a and almost flipped her over.  We almost hit a little train bridge he said.  We eventually stopped
in the middle of the lake and took in the beauty of this beautiful night although we got lost and hit every cove we finally made it to back ta camp.
It was Sunday and we had to leave, we got up real early so we could make it home fairly early.  Im asleep and then I hear matt yell, “nick we need to get the F***** wheelah unstuck”.  I was like oh crap, I got it stuck from when we were comin in from pulling traps late the pervious night.

We got it unstuck; shutoff the power to the camp loaded everything into the wheelah and the snowmobile.  I got on the snowmobile and went about 40 up the camp road and matt took the wheelah so it wouldn’t get stuck.  We got up to the top of the camp road at Matts friends house, where everything was, and loaded up the trailer and the truck.  We said goodbye to his friend, got into the truck, and headed home L

  1. Again, minus the alcohol reference (which you need to edit) I can tell that this is a good time for you. You also like to say "braaap, braaaap, brrrraaap," a lot. Onomonopeia is always a nice touch.
